CONDITIONS OF HIRE

BOOKINGS:

·          Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the Application for Hire/Deposit payment

·          Cancellation within 12 weeks of booked date will result in forfeit of deposit

ACCOUNTS:

·          An account will be sent by the Treasurer within seven days of your departure.

·          For camps of five days duration or longer, discounted rate per person per day applies. Terefore: $11 pp per day school and youth groups, $14 pp perday non school groups.

ARRIVALS & DEPARTURES:

·          On arrival, the Committee Chairman will make contact to discuss the “Quality Control” (Checklist, situated near the phone in the “Vision”, Dining Room.) The camp is to be vacated by 4.00pm unless prior arrangement has been made with the Secretary..

DAMAGE OR LOSS:

·          Groups are required to pay for repair costs for damage to buildings, equipment and grounds, including removal of graffiti.  Groups are required to pay for replacement plus administration costs and travel of trades people.  This will be included on the account.  Tent pegs are to be counted before departure, to avoid our mower striking them.

·          Cleaning agents are provided. Clean the camp before departure, be present when the Custodian does the final check and sign for any damage or loss. Any additional cleaning is charged out at $15.00 per hour. Bring your own tea towels.

HEALTH & SAFETY

·          Any use of fire fighting equipment is to be reported to the Custodian immediately. All groups must carry out a Fire Drill/Evacuation practice on arrival. Any problems with facilities, equipment or other campers, see the Custodian. Prior arrangements must be made with the Secretary for groups to bring dogs onto the camp. School and youth orientated groups: bring your own toilet paper. All groups BYO flowing soap / sanitizer/ towels for toilet block

RUBBISH DISPOSAL:

·          All rubbish / recycling is to be taken away by the group. Please bring own bin liners.
BBQs:8 wood burning BBQs are under shelter along with a gas BBQ. BYO gas bottle if you intend to use gas BBQ.
