Hire/Deposit payment

Cancellation within 12 weeks of booked date will result in
forfeit of deposit
ACCOUNTS:
·
An account will be sent by the Treasurer within seven days
of your departure.
ARRIVALS & DEPARTURES:
·
The camp is to be vacated by 1.00pm unless prior arrangement has been made with the Custodian.
DAMAGE OR LOSS:
·
Groups are required to pay for repair costs for damage to
buildings, equipment and grounds, including removal of graffiti.
Groups are required to pay for replacement plus administration costs
and travel of trades people. This will
be included on the account. Tent pegs are to be counted before
departure, to avoid our mower striking them.
CLEANING:
·
Cleaning agents are provided. Clean the camp before departure
and be present when the Custodian does the final check. Any additional
cleaning is charged out at $10.00 per hour. Bring your own tea
towels.
HEALTH & SAFETY
·
Any use of fire fighting equipment is to be reported to the
Custodian immediately. All groups must carry out a Fire Drill/Evacuation
practice on arrival. Any problems with facilities, equipment or
other campers, see the Custodian. Prior arrangements must be made
with the Secretary for groups to bring dogs onto the camp. School
and youth orientated groups: bring your own toilet paper.
RUBBISH DISPOSAL:

All rubbish is to be taken away by the group. Please bring
own bin liners. |
